CannaMarket Refund & Return Policy

At CannaMarket, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. While we hope you love your order, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Below is our general refund and return policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns for Unopened Products

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return within [30 days] of delivery. Returned items must be in resellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at farmerjoe@canamkart.com within [7 days] of delivery. Be sure to include:


  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable


We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or offering store credit.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow [5–10 business days] for the refund to appear on your statement.
